Rob responded promptly to my request for a service call and scheduled a technician for first thing the next morning. Alex was on-time, personable, professional and completed the spring replacements, performed some minor tune-ups and gave me some great maintenance tips all in under an hour. We were having trouble getting the door to close later in the day and Rob walked me through some adjustments over the phone, solving the problem and saving me having to wait for another service call. These are signs of a company that cares about their Customers and their Products. Highly recommended.
