I booked an eavestroughs / roof and window cleaning appointment with this Company for the 22nd of April. They came and did not complete the job. The cleaning on the eavestroughs / roof was not finished and there was a large section of my house where the moss and leaves were not cleaned at all. The bulk of the work had not been done. The windows were also not fully cleaned. I called them back and asked for an appointment to be rescheduled. We rescheduled for the 27th, they gave me a window of 9am - noon, I told them I would take the morning off work as I wanted to show them the areas that weren't completed. Nobody showed up during the window set by them. I then called them close to 11.30 / 11.45, at which point I they told me they weren't coming and they would send someone in the afternoon. I expressed my frustration, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I got home from work and my nanny informed me that no one showed up. So that evening I called them back, the gentleman on the phone said he would call me back - no one called me back. I called back 3 times and each time he said he would call me back. He then finally called me back almost two hours after I initially made the call and said somebody would come the next morning. I verbally specified what I needed cleaned, and told my nanny to wait for them. She takes my son to various activities and did not do so in the morning and waited back for them so the job could be completed. Nobody showed up once again. At this point, after an initial poor job then scheduling a time, me taking a day off and then rescheduling - not showing up, then rescheduling again - not showing up. I gave up on the Company. I got a call from them again on May 9th (17 days after their first visit) saying they wanted to come and clean. Frustrated with their disorganization, I refused to allow them to come. The lady on the phone said fine, no problem. I then received a call today on May 10th from a man who tried again to reschedule, I told him my story and said I was very frustrated and no longer interested in their services. He raised his voice at me and said the services were done and they tried to reschedule and thus I owe them. I refused since the work was not done to a level they represented to me initially and my time was wasted not once but multiple times - not to mention the fact that I had to take a morning off work. I would not recommend them to anyone. The work quality is poor, the follow up customer service is terrible. In my opinion either they are disorganized or intentionally trying to take advantage of me. In any event. The simple fact is that that the man on the phone threatened to send me to collections after a) the services were not performed to the level they represented initially then, b) I gave them an opportunity to rectify their poor services and they represented they would show up in a specific window then c) I gave them another opportunity, which they didn't show up for then d) I gave them another chance, which they didn't show up for again. This is poor customer service and workmanship. It was then followed up with them threatening me by saying they would report me to collections for services they did not perform to a level that they represented - and then subsequently admitting to not performing them to that level. As a consumer I feel extremely threatened and offended by their behavior. Very disappointed as a consumer to be treated this aggressively by a business and then threatened to send to collections, when they themselves did not do the work.
