Do not use this company !!! . They sent a service man to our house to fix the LG refrigerator. When we called we asked if they repaired LG refrigerators, they said yes. The service man worked on the refrigerator for maybe 10 minutes and charged us $250.00 and it was no different when he left. He said if it didn't work then it would need a control board but would not charge us any more for the service call to install it, and it would take 5 days to get one as they are not an authorized LG service. Amazingly the next day they phoned and said they had a circuit board. I asked where it came from and they said the service man went to pick it up We asked the service guy where it came from and he said the office ordered it. They wanted to charge us around $450.00 for a board that is only $100.00 to buy. I never authorized them to order any board so I cancelled the service call. They phoned me and said I owed them more money for the service call that I had already paid for. The person I explained the situation to back in march said she would have customer service call me. That never happened. Then on April 28th I get a call from a collection agency. I called QuickFix and was told that someone would call me back. That never happened. The collection agency called again on May 10. I called Quickfix back and I spoke with Tina, she was very rude and unprofessional When I told her that I would be writing this review she said go ahead. It is sad that a company does not care about their reputation. The only thing I can figure out is when the service man said I would not be charged for another service call to install the board, he should have said that they will add it to the price of the board 3 times over. Very dishonest company.
