Another lawn service company sprayed weed control on my lawn by mistake instead of my next door neighbour's. I contacted Hometurf to inquire if this would adversely affect my lawn and they got back to me immediately to address my concerns. Very impressed by their customer service.

Called A1 to quote on replacing furnace (almost 20 years old). Salesperson was very helpful and came back on a Sunday to answer questions and finalize things. Decided on a Daikin as my neighbor was extremely pleased with his. The service techs were on site at the arranged time (even a few minutes early) and did a great job. They were able to get the venting pipes through the brick/concrete at exactly the area we wanted, even though it was a bit difficult.
