Merry was quick to respond and provide information, and quick to get back to me on scheduling and pricing. Baran did the work right on schedule, unobtrusively, with attention to detail. He was also easy to deal with and knowledgeable about the work and any next steps that might be required.

Grizzly Plumbing has always been the most reliable, fast and thoughful service provider I have dealt with for my house. But now, in the context of the pandemic, I am even more impressed. I contacted them with a potentially very serious issue. They responded right away. They had procedures in place to be able to do their work while still being mindful of the need for safety in the context of COVID-19. They care about their clients and are very knowledgeable.
