Novak reached out immediately to my service request and quickly gathered the facts and photos to provide me with a quote. I had concerns that there might be risk due to the siding dangling from my roof and Novak prioritized my request! He and his colleague, Nuko, arrived on time after giving me sufficient notice and they did an excellent job - very efficient.
