WOW!!!!! What A Great Company!!!! I've been a customer for over 5 years and KODIAK just get better and better each year. I go to work very early in the morning and my driveway & walkway are already done, when I come home from work everything is done so I just drive into my garage. I've only had to contact customer service a couple of times (it was a holiday) and Shawna responded very quickly to my call or email and got everything resolved very quickly. One example is I can home and realized I forgot to do my grocery shopping, look outside and the city plows had come and buried the end of my driveway (I live at the curve of my street so I probably get a minimum of 2 feet more snow at the end of my driveway than anyone one else, people that live at the curve of the street know what I’m talking about). I emailed customer service (Shawna) about it. Decided to start watching a movie in the meantime, within 45 minutes I looked outside and the driveway was done.
