I have dealt with Grant since we purchased our house 6 years ago and since then he had installed Attic insulation, spray foam insulation in our basement, installed new furnace and ac. Grant has always been honest and always answered my questions to my satisfaction. They also install good quality stuff for a great price. Grant always make sure everything is done well and clean up after also. I have already recommended him to over 10 friends the last few years and I will be using him again for a new home purchase to replace the furnace. The company also takes care of any rebates that is offered so less thing for me to do. For insulation, furnace and ac, I will not use anyone else.

Rogers was quite helpful in answering my questions even before I booked him for inspections. He even came earlier than our appointment which I appreciate and took the time to explain everything and the report he provided was very detailed with lots of pictures since I wouldn't be able to remember everything!

Paul explained how it works and done properly from before and during the job. They did a very thorough job from setting up, actual work and cleaning up after. I can tell he is very proud of his work and wants to do a quality job. He was professinal, friendly and does a great job. I definitely will refer him to my friends and neighbours.

The return policy is not great but they did have the best price for the tiles we purchased on sale, out of all the places we checked out. We are happy with the tiles we have so we have told friends to check it out. So if you want bargain but not expecting to return any leftover this is a good place.

He really take pride in his work, he didn't leave until he has done everything to be perfect. His price was very reasonable and great installations. I have already recommend him to 4 other friends.

I had a sewage backup in my basement. My contractor recommended him to clear up my backup and find out why it backed up. He cleared few laundry pipe and tub since that was where it was coming from. But I noticed there were bit of water coming from the clean out and ask him to why. He opened it up and there were water rising. He cleared that out but not completely and told me we need to put the camera through to find out what is wrong. Depending on what we find, we can call the city or not but it will cost me extra $250 for the camera. He told me if we called the city and it wasn't city side, we might get charged. We actually did find that there were problems on the city side so when I called the city I found out that, when there is a sewage backup, we suppose to call the city first and they will put camera through with no charge to find out where is happening. So the plumber wasn't honest the fact that I had to first get him to use the camera before I can call the city. I could have called the city and they would have cleared the blockage and use the camera free of charge before we even know if it is on our private or city side.

Nightmare reno, deceitful "service". Never finished the job, full of mistakes and never kept their promises or returned our calls. They have been sued by many other furious customers. Hope their doors remain shut and the owners see their day in court!

Craig replied quickly and gave a quote that was the most affordable. He cut our large tree down as requested the very next day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. I have already recommended him to my friend and will continue to tell others about CB Trees great service!
