Art Metal installed a railing on our new concrete front steps. Great service, offering various designs then custom fitting a beautiful rail. Will certainly use them to complete the rest of the porch in the future.

In June this year, Active Temp Control installed a single stage furnace instead of the two-stage I had paid for. The office has promised that a boss would return my call at least 5 times, but I have had no such phone call (not one). They have spectacularly failed to take responsibility for their 'error'. I just pray the furnace they installed actually works this winter.
