I would recommend Mr Heat to everyone! Nima and his crew came right on time on the agreed day of installation and did a wonderful job in installing our new A/C. Nima also went out of his way and fixed some issues with our furnace which was installed a few years ago by another contractor and did not charge us for it. Anyone looking for a heating or A/C contractor should deal with Nima/Mr Heat. You will not regret it at all.

Sam is very professional. He is a man of his word,he provided good service and a good price for the service as well. When i make an appointment, he is on time and never disappoint me. He will do the job until you are satisfied with the result and he is a very honest person.

I bought one of their non-stick cookware at the CNE a couple of years ago and they come with a 20 years warranty but when mine started to have food sticking to the inside, i called for a replacement but they would not replace it until i paid some money.I told them i wanted to replace for the exact same thing and that i should not have to pay any extra $ but i was told i would have to pay $144 extra. Having paid around $300 for the cookware, i had to pay the extra to get a new one.

Paul was on time, will check on the functioning of the appliance even after the installation, he always tried to satisfy the customer, he is right there when asked to check on something. He gave flexibility in payments.
