We were referred to Encore as the Canadian distributor of soundproof windows. Dave at Encore was responsive and personally took care of our request. The first set of windows was about 1cm shorter in width than the space. Dave was very up front about it and offered potential remedies. When we asked for a new set instead of accepting as-is, Dave did not even try to change our mind. This must have been a costly replacement for Encore because the windows were made in the US and have to shipped to Toronto. Dave's integrity as a businessman is appreciated. We are very happy with the soundproof windows - they have dramatically reduced noise from a nearby highway.
