Bought a house with Greenboro, they built our new house, lots of good things, but you have to be on top of everything. But I believe this is with any home builder. They were very accommodating with any issues that we brought up, fixed thing in a fairly timely manner. Would build again with this builder.
I hired this company to move and store our furniture and all of our house items, the storage cost was reasonable at $300/month, $2000 to move from house to storage to house. The guys that moved our furniture were nice enough, however they didn't put a lot of runners in the house (only 2) and I have 3 floors and a basement, so at first they did take off their shoes but at the end they just walked in with their shoes on. They said they ran out of runners??? Also they did not put any of my furniture back together as they had said they would, their excuse was the other team took all the tools and left them with none. All in all, I was ok with the work done, I'm sure there are other companies that provide better service, but maybe you'll have to pay more?
I have used this in my old house and now in my new place. My mom and brother also us this company in their houses and have no issues. They are very professional and pretty inexpensive, they have a package deal which includes several sensors and a key pad already, I just added some more stuff which cost $300 more. Monthly fees are also reasonable $20-25/month.
Very reasonable prices, great product, no problem with getting them in to give an estimate and installation. It was quick easy, no hassle and they did a great job! They have all the window treatments that you need, and they guys were very friendly. They can provide such a inexpensive product because they are only advertising through word of mouth.
The sales rep is good but the interior selection process has been very frustrating. The pricing is unavailable and they lack the information we need to make decisions. But we are happy with the house we have chosen and hope the process improves.
