Door still does not close properly, and also other door features don't work. Have called repeatedly over 1 1/2 years. Still no response. Diane, the receptionist, promises to have supervisor call back. Have asked for e-mails of company owners. Nothing happens. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Actually, we have responded numerous times in the last year and a half to this customer, inspected the door several times, and provided repairs on four visits ranging from adjustments and repairs to the hinges, the door pumps and the handles.
None of these repairs were caused by manufacturing or installation defects but through abuse. Even so, we provided all but one of these repairs at no charge (the abuse was so blatant on one repair, the customer agreed we had to apply a service charge to repair it).
We truly believe we have gone above and beyond the call of duty with this situation.
The fact is we are still dealing with this customer. As recently as 2 weeks ago we replaced a pump, at our expense, in order to provide exceptional service to our customer.
