We are pleased to write a review for Ambia Windows. We have been looking to replace our Bow window for several months. We had several reputable companies come by and give us estimates. Ambia Windows quote came in similar to most others. We went with Ambia because of the product they had (not all windows are the same), the professional designations of their employees, their warranty, and their customer service. Michael was very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us to make a decision. He gave us space and let us decide. He answered phone calls and emails promptly. The window installer, Frank, was also very professionaland efficient. The window was replaced well ahead of the proposed time frame and without any issues. A pleasant surprise! Afterwards, both Michael and Tony (the owner) called to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very impressed with Ambia. And over the next few years we will be renovating and replacing the other windows in our home, we will definitely be calling Michael and Ambia again. We have also been receiving many compliments from our neighbours about our new bow window.

It took us a while to write this review since we've been so busy enjoying our new heating and cooling system installed by Spring Home. We had our new furnace and ac installed during one of the coldest days in the winter and the guys didn't stop working outside and inside. We were quite impressed. I was a bit worried that the AC wouldn't work properly once summer came along since it was installed in the dead of winter...but nope! Once summer came, we just turned on the AC and everything worked perfectly. We also had a humidifier installed and thought there was an issue with it and called Cy. He sent someone to come look at in that same day! Turns out there was no issue at all. We feel safe to know that if there were any issues in the future that Spring Home would take good care of us. They have excellent customer service and I think that sets them apart from the other companies.

We purchased an older home and was grateful that we had John check it out. He gave honest feedback that he backed up with his in depth knowledge and experience. At the last minute my husband couldn't make it to the inspection and I was worried because I'm not very well versed in "house stuff". But John was very patient and answered all my questions and explained everything so that I was able to understand completely. I now feel like I "know" the house I purchased. The inferred camera was very impressive. It was so sensitive, it detected my footprints because of the body heat! A house inspection would not be complete without it! I was even more impressed with the electronic house inspection report we got the very next day. It was in depth, detailed and complete with pictures and links to get additional information if needed. I say, a house inspection with John, is a MUST! Not to mention it was FUN, learning from John. Thanks so much John!

We had Jacob and Rose come and clean our home and we've decided to have them come back on a regular basis because they did such a wonderful job! In addition to exceptional cleaning, they were lovely people to invite into our home. They did everything we asked for and more. In the past, we've had other professional cleaners who, time after time failed to meet our expectations. We finally found cleaners that will do the job properly. Now that the house is in tip top shape, we can spend the extra time we have playing with our children. Thanks Rose and Jacob!
