I have used Naiad for the past 3 seasons for winter blow-out and spring start-up of our irrigation system. The price is fair and the service is always prompt. I have never experienced any issues with Naiad and I like the ability to pay by telephone or email. I will continue to use their services.

We used Renegade Floors in 2012 to install a pebblestone floor on our raised wooden deck. We started with a brand new 1" thick plywood surface and were assured it would be waterproof with the seams sealed, membrane installed and expoxy top coat. The stone looked nice; however it was never waterproof. They encountered many problems while installing the product and the project took far longer than promised. It has leaked constantly since Renegade Floors installed it and is now showing signs of water damage. I have made repeated efforts to contact the company to have the proper repairs done under their supposed 10 year warranty. When I contacted them in 2013, they failed to show up. In 2014 they will no longer return calls or emails. My advice is stay away from this company and use someone else. I am extremely disppointed in their products, their workmanship and after-sales service.

I would not recommend using Dr. Green ever. They are worse than an annoying ex that won't quit calling! I used Dr.Green in 2012 after they did a Groupon promotion. The fertilizer and weed control was satisfactory. Since then I have recieved countless unsolicited telemarketing phone calls, mail outs and invoices for services I never ordered. Despite having cancelled the service repeatedly and now having asked more than a dozen times to have my phone number removed from their call list, the annoyance continues. I just received another invoice for 2014 for services I never requested. My advice is avoid them like the plague and use one of their competitors. Check out their rating with the BBB as it documents a lengthy complaint history of everything I have experienced. I wish I would have checked there first. If you cancel the service, keep the email chain and reference number, as they do not stop sending invoices.

I contacted Plumber MD based on the good reviews on Homestars. Morley did not disappoint. He answered his phone right away and scheduled an appointment for me. I felt the price was fair and the work was done quickly and properly. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave any mess behind. I would definitely refer family and friends to him.

I called Naiad to inquire about a fall blow-out of our underground sprinkler system. I was impressed when they attended the same day and completed the work. My invoice was emailed to me and payment was made over the phone using a credit card. The receipt was then emailed to me. I found the cost to be fair and the service to be prompt.

I called A&E HVAC after our furnace quit working in -25 C cold. They arrived by 2 PM the same day and replaced the old ignitor. Approximately 2 months later the new ignitor failed. I contacted A&E HVAC and they arrived within 2 hours. They replaced the faulty ignitor free of charge, no questions asked. I would not hesitate to call them for any future service.

Kayben provided an accurate estimate before doing the job. They completed the job on time and on budget. They kept the job site clean and the after sales service has been great. I would them recommend to others in the area!
