Not a great experience, specially after you commit to them. Paul promised the stars and the moon to get the job. Once we agreed on price and deposit taken, everything went downhill. Paul and Joe almost played good cop bad cop through the whole process. They tried to push us to go a different pattern what we agreed on, even on the day of the installation. We really had to fight hard to get the product what we agreed on. You have to chase them for every little thing. Costumer service is even worse. We agreed on a price for sealing the concrete pads, Date was given by Joe, never followed through, not answering texts or phone calls. Stay away from them unless you willing to spend a lot of time chasing them, and make sure you put everything on paper to avoid any confusion about their scope and payment structure.

Floorwood Solutions installed the hardwood floor in our new home last week. As a first time home buyer I had no experience with other contractors but Patricia and the guys set the bar extremely high for others. Communications went super smooth and they answered all of our silly questions with patience helped us to choose the right material with small hints but without any pushing. The guys matched the level with their amazing craftsmanship , arrived in time finished the job as we discussed before. Absolutely amazing experience!
