We had already arranged for a different contractor to re-build our front porch roof including plywood but not shingles. We got in touch with Andriy to install the shingles. He was very good to get the job done shortly after the roof was rebuilt, to minimize exposure to rain. He worked on a Saturday with 3 other roofers to get the job done in a matter of hours. Very impressive! I have used Andriy in the past (5 years ago) and he's always been very professional with fair prices.

Luigi and his son Pasquale finished our mostly unfinished basement, as well as tiled our entryway, fireplace, and backsplash. They did really well to take what framing was already there, fix quite a bit of it so it was square, and put up new framing where more was needed. They then took care of tiling/finishing a bathroom that had been previously roughed in, framing in and installing new windows, drywalling/pasting everything, installing doors, doing all the trim, creating a laundry area that fit our washer/dryer/sink, where there was literally only half an inch to spare, and then also painting. Luigi and Pasquale were both very friendly and nice to have around the house. You can tell that Luigi takes great pride in his work because even after he was fully paid, he still came back to finish up the trim on the outside of the windows that he installed. This wasn't a detail that we didn't explicitly specify in the description of work to be done, but he wanted it to look nice for us selling our house. Thanks Luigi and Pasquale!

Abraham was very professional in his work and in his communication. Everything happened when he said it would and how. We wanted to replace some damaged floor in our basement with carpet. He helped us quickly choose a carpet based on availability and got it installed in time for us to sell our house with the new carpet. Abraham was very responsive over text, which was really helpful because we were back and forth with him several times about which carpet to choose. There was even a hiccup where he was unable to install the carpet on the landing because a door needed to be cut, but he came back a second time to finish just that part at no extra charge.
