After reading exceptional reviews, I drove to Central Glass to have my table top measured for replacement glass. They were helpful and measured my table and we discussed the details of my order. They said it would take 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I had not heard from them, and called to follow up. According to them, they had the wrong phone number for me, and tried to call but couldn't reach me so never cut the table top. So, I reconfirmed with them the price and ensured that this time they had the correct phone number for me. Now, about 1 month later, I'm still awaiting their call (nor have they returned 2 calls when I called them this week). Finally, I reached someone and they said there was an other mix up and they cannot find my order. It's been over 2 months and I still have no table top. I canceled my order because I would need to start from scratch with them (since the no longer have the measurements).
