Frustrated in Kelowna

Men in Kilts washed all the windows in my house. One of the window cleaners used a putty knife to scrape off paint and scratched several windows. When Stacy came to look at the damage, she declared he could not have used the putty knife, because she gives them the proper tools. She refused to discuss what I saw and was adamant that it was not possible that he used the wrong tool. We could not have a discussion because her only response was that it was not possible. I would not recommend this company.
