House was in rough shape, had not been cleaned or painted for a few years. It home was a smale one floor bungalow and needed serious refeshing. The Team from Five Star provided a firm quote, started one day after the quote was provided and completed the job in 2 days. Time lines were tight as the property was going on the market within 4 days of the work being completed. The painting crew went over and above the requirements, cleaned up, did a really good job, on time and on budget. They were polite and friendly. Simply outstanding! the team that worked on our property were timely, efficient, very knowledgeabke, extremely polite and helpful. They ran into a few problems, solved the problems effectively, and stayed on budget. The work site was always clean, safe and well organized. They also helped us with an unexpected issue that required some extra time and expense which had nothing to do with them. Tehe business owner kept his team on call for us while we worked through this unique situation. The overall end result was a beautiful job that maximized the size of the basement accessory apartment which is an essential element of this property.
