Toilet leaked and someone came out to take a look and said our porcelain was cracked. However we took a video of the back and noticed it wasn't the toilet but the pipe leading to the toilet that was leaking. However the quote we received was to replace our toilet with a specialty toilet which would cost $385 and another $225 plus tax for installation for something that wasn't even broken. When I mentioned that it was the pipe that had leaked and not the toilet he said he could change the pipe for another $260 (which I'm pretty sure you could do yourself for under $30) and another $335 plus tax to rebuild the toilet tank if needed. This was absolutely ridiculous that someone would charge so much for something that actually didn't need to be fixed when all that was needed was a pipe replacement that would have cost less than $30. It feels as though this company tries to charge for the most expensive thing even if that thing isn't broken. I've decided to go with a different contractor now to redo our bathrooms instead as my faith in this company has completely gone out the window. Update: After expressing how upset I was with the entire process Matt graciously refunded me the charge I paid for the visit. I am glad that he is at least honest about making an error in his recommendation and offered to refund the charge.

Thanks for your feedback Lori chan, I have your husband advice based on our experience with this brand of toilet. The reason why the cost is high to replace a 30.00 pipe is because we need to remove the toilet in order to do so and reset it with new gaskets and bolts. Anyways I'm not here to justify my work because we offer different solutions to our clients so they have the freedom to decide. I will take this negative review as a positive way to improve. All the best! Also we issue a full refund for our service call since client was not happy
