A few autumns ago a racoon got into our roof through one of the broken whirly-birds. After getting it removed, and the hole it tore trying to get back in repaired, we noticed that the ceiling right beneath where it entered was cracking with water damage. We called MrRoofRepair, and the guys were checking our home and temporarily repairing the damage to stop the leak within a few days. We got an assessment to not only patch the compromised area, but also to get our garage re-roofed and intend on using them for the job.
