20 years ago my wife and I purchased our first home and selected 2 beautiful sofas from PLSofa using Robert Kravitz top of the line fabric. As well made and beautiful as they were, 20 years of wear and tear took its toll on the fabric but not the exquisite woodwork and craftsmanship. We worked extensively with Margaret discussing and sourcing a variety of fabric choices, and she continued to go above and beyond our expectations, for both fabric and stain repellent options. She worked creatively on pricing strategies and negotiated on our behalf for some great discounts. Work was completed on time and to great satisfaction - our neighbor are blown away with the results. Delivery and pickup teams were great, thoughtful and caring - only kudos. Highly recommended in all aspects - give Margaret a call - you WILL NOT be disappointed!! Only point we missed was touching up the old legs on the footstool and while that is disappointing it will not detract from our positive experience. Thank you to Margaret and the whole team!!
