One summer we had a stone patio installed in our backyard, our driveway bordered with stone, and our front porch steps redone. DOMTA provided great advice, and the workmanship was fantastic. We were very happy with the design that they suggested. 2 summers later we started noticing that the 'grout' between all the stones in our backyard patio had seeped out and was easily scraped away like sand. it was soft all between the stones. The grout between the stones that outlined the patio were fine and hard. We emailed DOMTA for some ideas how to fix it but we never heard back. It seemed like the sand was never hardended, or the wrong sand was used. But the rest of the work done around the front of our house and the edges were fine. The same summer, we had some landscaping done around our house and we had the landscapers fix the grout of the patio for a small price. I wished we had noticed the problem sooner, and had contacted DOMTA within the same year the patio was installed.

After a freak windstorm, much of our vinyl siding tore off on one side of our 2- storey house. The house was somewhat new, about 9 years old. In a panic, we called a few companies to see if we could get a repair as soon as possible. Ryan provided us with the most reasonable quote and somehow he was able to gather the matching vinyl strips that were required, and fixed it our siding the next day, much to our satisfaction and relief. We also recommended them to my parent's house for a roofing repair and they were also very satisfied with the stress free dealing that they had with him.

Last year we decided to get our exterior facade repainted. Etienne was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided the most reasonable quote out of 3 contractors. He helped us chose the type and colour of paint and explained why. The job was completed as expected and on-time. The painters cleaned up after themselves. A year later, CertaPro called us for an Annual Inspection, much to our surprise. We mentionned that there were some areas on our porch that were starting to peel and Certapro came to insepct and fixed it up almost immediately. We are very happy with the customer service and follow-up that Certapro offered. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
