We were looking to get our roof and gutters re-done a couple of weeks ago. Our old roof was about 22 years old. What notified us about getting it done was our gutters was leaking and and repairs to it would be substantial so we decided to replace the roof along with the gutters in the process. We made various calls to other roofing companies on the homestars website. John (owner) from JMT was prompt to our call and came by with a quote. The quote was very competitive compared to the other quotes we got. It was almost the most reasonable within our budget. John was very informative and discussed the status of our roof. He was very honest and didn't try to upsell anything. He was honest about the fact that our roof was in decent shape and could probably last a few more years but the gutters were in bad shape. This reinforced what we already knew and it instilled our confidence with John and is Company. He gave us the option that maybe we didn't really need a roof replacement just yet but with the gutter situation, it might be best to bite the bullet now. I would recommend John and JMT to anyone. If nothing else, do yourself a favor and at least call JMT and get a quote as part of your initial screening process. I fielded quotes from many companies and at the end of the day, JMT was the outright best choice.
