When I needed a railing for my deck steps, several contractors suggested different ways they would make it work, as the opening at the top of the steps was wider than the steps, so it required some rebuilding to support the railings. I chose Andy to do the work. He talked with me about how to resolve the problem, considering the aesthetic as well as the practical. He came up with a solution that I liked which corrected a few problems with the previous steps and I am very happy with the result.

My drain had backed up into my basement. I had had another plumber come and inspect it with his camera but decided not to have him do the work. I called Vitalij and asked if he could give me an estimate over the phone based on what the first plumber had told me. He was agreeable to that and gave me an estimate and he honoured that estimate. Walter came and did the work. He was very fast - digging up my front yard in the cold, and doing the repair and installation in less than four hours! We were very impressed. Vitalij organized the gas company to come and tell where the gas lines were before the work began, and arranged for the city inspector to come two days later. Walter was here to meet him, and the next day Walter came back and filled in the hole, cleaned up my yard and driveway and it was immaculate. You would never know anyone had done work there. The paperwork for the city rebate was all filled in and I just had to check it over and send it in. I never had to worry about anything from start to finish. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them - in fact I have already passed their information on to a friend looking for a good plumber.
