What are the chances? Our second home purchased 13 years ago was infested with carpenter ants which led me to Dave at Paramount Pest Conrol. Not knowing the first thing about these ants, Dave was the first business I called. I got in touch with Dave and I was extremely impressed with his friendliness and the fact that he took the time to answer ALL my questions, and believe me I had alot of questions. The level of service he provided me on the phone only as a potential customer had me sold. The professionalism and the knowledge he showed insured me he was the one I wanted to resolve my issue,and RESOLVED he did. Fast forward 13 years and on our fourth home this time a brand new build AND another infestation of carpenter ants. The wood used by the builder was infested. Once again without hesitation I picked up the phone and called Dave at PPC. This situation in a new home being a little more difficult to pin point the nest, he has made the point to follow up with me after the first visit and came back to spray to insure he addresses this issue. The caviote here is that the builder wants to me use the Company they have a business relationship with in order for them to pay for the bill. Researching the company the builder wants us to use showed us they are nowhere near as highly rated nor as recommend as PPC. That being said, Dave continues to work with us on his own time. He has invested interest in his customers to ensure their issues get resolved and this one not being so easy, he is not giving up until the ants are gone. I cannot say enough good things about Dave at PPC and I have since referred him to my parents and would continue to refer him to those needing his services. The fact that he is so personable and honest he truly feels more like a friend than a business man, and that is service you don't get anymore in today's world. Thanks Dave.
