After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room. Thank you, Al, Josh, Kevin, Jamal and the rest of the team. You guys gave us our Dream Kitchen. Truly impressed with this Company. From the moment, I signed up for a free estimate to the completed install, I have had such a positive experience with them. They really make the time for their customers by answering all their questions and concerns. On their first visit we had two guys who showed up to advised us about their products and address all our questions and concerns. Once we picked the product we liked, they scheduled their installer to come measure our front entrance. When the installer Andriy showed up for the measurements he explained how we could get a bigger door and how he would make our front entrance look perfect. And finally on the installation day, he and another installer did a very clean and nice install. I was really impressed with their excellent customer service and communications through out the process. Their products are reasonably priced, and we absolutely love our front door. We went through a few companies and quotes (including Home Depot) and what made us decide on them was that they actually value you as customer and is willing to make time for you. And once the install was complete, we had the Owner Alexander reach out to us to see how everything went and if we had any concerns. We will definitely be using them when we get our windows changed.

We were looking for a waterproofing company to come and water proof the exterior of our house. After interviewing several companies and getting quotes, we finally settled on Canada WaterProofers. Slava showed up on time and addressed all my questions and did not try to oversell or over charge as a lot of the sales agents do. He told us what we needed and how long it would take to do it. We originally did one side first last year as we were getting leaks on that side. We had the second side done this year and both times, we were thoroughly impressed by the speed, the professionalism and the details in the work performed by them. They did not cut corners, nor did i see them sitting on the job. They treated us like we were a priority and had to get the work done. I have seen companies that take on multiple jobs at the same time and this prolongs the estimated completion time of the job. We had no such issues with this company. They also left the site clean and did not leave any garbage around.
