I am in the middle of renovating my master bedroom/bathroom. We called Mark for a quote and he came over with samples and provided a quote on the spot. The installers that came were very courteous and professional and finished the job in one hour. I'm very happy with the carpet and the service!

I had another company come in and look at my NTI boiler, which is constantly in need of repair. The technician came in and said I needed a new part....he never came back. The other company came in to do my annual maintenance. I explained that I was still waiting for a part. He said my unit was not working properly and that he would look into the part....never heard from them again. After the maintenance work, I noticed that my hot water was more like luke-warm water. Aaron from Accuserv came in a made a few adjustments and now I have hot water. I finally had a hot shower, which I hadn't had in a while! Thank you!!!! The guys from Accuserv took their time to explain how the boiler systems work. After deliberation, I took the plunge and had my boiler replaced. Aaron, Rahul and Steve were very professional and courteous. My boiler has gone from a mess of pipes incorrectly installed to a system that looks and works great! Thank you!!
