Ryan was excellent in the beggining and through the end, however, once i paid him the last check, he didnt come back to finish the work that the city required to be finished. When I asked him to fix some issues as the boards were warping (after only 30 days) he said I was being picky. I asked him to come back and resolve the issues, but to make sure I was there, he said okay. He came by when I was not home and did the work, but not to specifications. I called him and he said he could not make sure I was home and that he was to busy. I told him I have some major concerns that the privacy screens were warping. He has since blocked my number and will not answer my calls.

1 : During the working process, We have done too much extra work as you required which is beyond the contract. You asked us to change the style of privacy screen after we already finished. We did as your request without any extra pay. You also asked an extra free gate made by composite material which worth $400. We made it for you ! We gave you extra free lighting... We are so sorry you still feel in this way after all the extra work we did for you.
2 : After we complete the job and received the final payment, we found you still owe us $500 balance. You insist that you paid in full. We appreciate that you finally paid the balance after we showed you the bank statement.
3 : We do care about customer after we received the payment. You mention about a small crack on one piece of composite deck board after the project is finished, We bought a new one and installed for you for free( this is the problem of the product, not the workmanship). You asked us to change the open direction of the free gate, We reinstalled it for you for free again.
4 : Eventually, we realize that no matter how many extra work we do for you, you will still have extra request which is beyond contract and warranty. We did more than what we need to do as a contractor.
