We discovered a major electrical problem during a bathroom renovation and all work grinded to a halt and could not proceed until the electrics were fixed. We phone several companies and Mapleleaf were the only helpful, responsive, POLITE people we talked to. They came to our house within the hour, assessed the problem, gave us a quote, did the work perfectly and left no mess. We have a basement apartment and after our former tenants moved out, the carpet was in horrible condition. There were stains all over the carpet and unbeknown to us, they had let their puppy use the carpet as his toilet.
