Mitch was thorough but efficient. He covered all the systems of the house, and the level of detail in his report left me confident that everything had been carefully inspected and considered. While he was very thorough, he was also sensitive to the short deadline I had to make my offer on the house, and he delivered the report promptly, giving me enough time to make a decision.
