We would like to strongly recommend this company for the dormer roofing work they did for us. We dealt mostly with Tommy, who was excellent, but both he and his co-worker, Mark, were pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, prompt and professional. We would like to state our appreciation to Tommy and Mark for their work... up on the roof, in cold weather, during COVID! They were unfailingly patient and informative. We would certainly use them again for any home improvement jobs in their area of expertise. Thank you Tommy and Mark!

We had several quotes, but somehow we were impressed with Rob from Consumer's Choice and made the decision to go ahead with them. They were among the higher quotes but we liked the way Rob carefully answered our questions and explained things. We were not disappointed. From the 2 guys who came to measure to the other 2 who came to install the window, we were impressed. Everything was done as they promised and we are very pleased with the results. Thanks to the whole team, including those at the office who were always prompt and efficient in answering any queries.

We chose Clarke Basement Systems as a result of reading their HomeStars reviews online. Ron came out and explained their technique to us, which involved working from the inside. Ron came when he said he would and was very pleasant to deal with. He checked around and explained how Clarke's Flexispan solution would solve our problem. A crack in the foundation was letting some water in. Fitz, their Senior Service Technician, first came out with Adam (?). Wow, were we ever impressed with Fitz! He could easily be a school teacher as he explained every step of the process very clearly to us. However, he soon discovered ours was a more complex situation as a fine crack continued behind our entire electrical board. He had to hold up the job as he said it would require a highly rated electrician, whom his company recommended, as well as Powerstream, our local Hydro supplier, too! The complex coordination between Fitz, the electrician (Hamid), and Powerstream, was finalized and took place a few days ago. We were amazed at their efficiency all round, all scheduled by Clarke Systems. Fitz was absolutely amazing. We were very happy that we were dealing with him. Apart from being very familiar with these problems, he is very personable, meticulous, a great explainer, and generally a real pleasure to deal with. The Clarke Basement Systems team really went above and beyond the call of duty! We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We would highly recommend NK Eaves Experts for not only doing an excellent job, but for being willing to listen to the problem, then to come up with solutions, and explain the reasoning behind them. Neethan was patient and accommodating, and strove to come up with the best possible solution within a reasonable budget. We have since had heavy rainstorms that have tested his work, and we cannot be more pleased with the result! His prices were very fair, and he communicated well, was very professional and a pleasure to work with! We have no hesitation in giving him a 10!

It was a pleasure to deal with Rob from Precision. He was responsive, punctual, personable and, along with his partner, Josh, did an excellent job. Of all the companies we have used, they have done the best job. We would highly recommend them. Thank you, Rob & Josh, for a job well done!

We have just had a beautiful kitchen counter installed by Higher Grounds, and we would like to say the whole experience was just great! From the moment we entered their office and met Jorge we felt that he seemed to know the business and he inspired confidence. He made suggestions and was generally very helpful. Marcio came to our home and did all the measuring, and a couple weeks later, with the help of Enayat, installed a beautiful counter and bar (in a single very intense day), and did last minute adjustments on site. They cleaned up afterwards and took the old counter away to be disposed of. They also told us how to care for the counter and left us a nice cutting board made from the same stone. They were all super to deal with, efficient and pleasant! There were no surprises or hidden costs. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. One of the guys even managed to arrange a plumber for us at the very last moment, when our plumber who was supposed to come to install our new faucet was unable to do so. We would highly recommend them, and feel anyone using them can expect a high degree of professionalism, reasonable price, and a top-notch job! Thank you at Higher Grounds for a job well done!
