The person I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and helpful, characteristics shared by subsequent interactions with other staff members. Paul Correia showed up as expected, did a thorough inspection and went out of his way to email the report and follow it up with a call on the weekend. I am impressed by the level of commitment and professionalism. A pleasure to deal with. $770 cost included inspection, 3 readings and taxes.
