Excellent workmanship, timely and decent pricing. Atena group did a great work at renovating the main floor of our newly bought house. The project included many items such as removing and making openings in the walls, renovating the powder room, flooring with tiles and hardwood, and painting. First of all when we were getting quotes and bringing in contractors to evaluate the situation, Mr Arab was one of the few who after reading the City plans and drawing could identify what was load bearing and what was not. Specially that we had 4 rather ugly posts in front of the living room that some contractors said they were all load bearing, some said 2 are load bearing and two could be removed and they needed to open the ceiling to see what is there to decide. Mr Arab, from the beginning, was able to identify that these 4 posts were all decorative, and after more investigation on the structure they removed them easily. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his work. They had a good team and working on other projects did not slow them down. They were very flexible with the working hours as well. Since we wanted this project to be done before the New Year, they put some extra hours working on it, sometimes until late at night (10:00pm) and also weekends/holidays. During the work also we changed some of our renovation plans and added some new items to them, and this was no problem at all. They did what we wanted and changed things as we saw fit. The way they draw the contracts at the beginning is fair and with decent pricing, and when we needed to add items to the list we added amendment to the contract with no problems. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I have any renovation plans in the future.
