Don't let these guys any where near your home! They are the worst service company that I have dealt with in years. They start off good by quickly sending a tech to look at things. They do this to start the money grab, then their organization starts the process of letting you down. The tech states that my fridge needed a compressor and temperature setting components. Tech shows up with wrong parts. They sent the guy across the city. I felt bad for him. Tech comes back two days later with the right compressor, but tells me that I don't need the temperature setting components. He was wrong. I ended up having to toss out newly purchased food. I call to try to get this resolved. They won't send anyone until I sign a legal document/warranty notice (weasel move to ensure more billable parts/hours). I sign it and they book an appointment. Nobody showed up. I called for three days. They don't call back. I asked to speak with their company president and was told they don't have one. QuickFix Appliances are the horrible....run!!!!
