My wife and I decided that after living in our house for 28 years it was time for a new front door and new side lights. We also wanted to replace our porch enclosure with a new more modern one. Thermo Bilt did a very good job and we were very pleased that we could get our porch custom made so that our front door right in line with the porch door. We were able to visit their show room and pick the glass insert for the door and side lights and this was very helpful as pictures in brochures do not give a true feel for what you are getting. Overall we were very pleased.

After much research and listening to quite a few companies tell me why metal roofs were superior to asphalt shingles my wife and I were left with deciding between aluminum and steel for our roof. We settled on New Steel Roofers because we liked the method of installation of the roof. Their method seemed to me to give better air circulation than some others. We also did not like the price of aluminum and did not like the fact that you need snow guards. My only concern was that the installers did not install the roof as stated by the salesman, though they did a very good job. I did have to call them back to increase the ridge venting which they did. Overall my wife and I are very happy with the overall job and we have received many compliments on our new roof.

My wife and I had several things we wanted up graded. First was carpeting going down the basement where we have finished our entertainment room. Carpet One did a very good job fitting the carpet to the contours etc. Next we wanted several rooms that had linoleum flooring replaced with tiles, these included the kitchen and two bathrooms. We also had stone tile placed on our porch enterance way. The jobs were done completely to our satisfaction.
