The company was hired to do a build out from a raw commercial unit. Their creative promise and seeming integrity is what drew us to them, however it was quickly evident that they were completely unreliable and unprofessional. They promised us a great deadline, however they were constantly delayed and asking for more money up front... We paid them to get them to keep working. In the end, they attempted to threaten us with a builders lien, removed property in the middle of the night from the unit without our consent, left the doors unlocked, and they did not perform work as per specs and instruction. Threatened to take us to court however our legal rep very quickly shut them down and we haven't heard from them since. We cut our losses and were our $5000, and didn't want the hassle of pursuing them in small claims court.

Carpet Cleaning specialist Ravi went above and beyond what I was expecting. He was very nice, polite worked very hard to eliminate staining and wear in our carpet and did not rush at all. Ravi takes great pride in his work and does his best to provide great service. The owner also was very informative and explained how to tackle our specific stain situation. I will only use their services in the future! Also, all the products smelled great, were gentle and natural based and worked excellently.
