Mark was extremely prompt to my inquiry for a consultation at my home (he came within 30 min of my saturday morning phone call!) and was honest, conscientious and even suggested that I may want to do the floors all in wood vs. carpet. However, I chose the carpet - quality was great and price was very fair. The installer was prompt, they did a few extras for me (removal of carpet on my spiral stairs without extra charge) and allowed me to move all the furniture on my own in advance (to save $$ instead of them moving my furniture for me). There was one installer and he did a great job....after a full day he was driving home from my etobicoke condo to Scarborough and happily turned around and came back when I realized there was a snag in the carpet where 2 pieces had to be put together. He drove all the way back during rush hour and was very pleasant and took care of all the details to ensure I was 100% happy. Mark and his team are professional, very fairly priced and I felt confident in their honesty and attention to details. Mark communicated well with me in advance and explained all the details and suggested ways to save money. GREAT experience! Thank you Mark.
