Tech was courteous and professional. Did a thorough job, and told me what to watch for in future. Did not try to upsell or replace anything as the unit was working well. Much appreciated and I will start an annual plan with them.

After a brief telephone conversation Jeff showed up with different colour samples for a quote. His was the lowest of 3 quotes. Jeff was very helpful and informative. Team arrived on time, work was completed in one day, and clean up was very thorough. Excellent work, and we are very satisfied. I definitely recommend Reid's Residential Roofing.
