My very old oven wasn't working, I called to discuss, Linda took the model number and said Steve would call back to say if he could fix it or if he had possible replacement parts. Steve called that day and came that day to assess. Amazing. After checking the elements and fuses, the problem was with the timers. Nothing needed to be replaced. I obviously knew nothing about this oven, he could have replaced all elements and charged me, but he didn't. He gave me advice and stated I could call if anything else went wrong. Amazing service, honest as the day is long. I will definitely use this company again and have no qualms in referring them to others. Thank you so much!
