My husband and I could not be more pleased with the quality, professionalism and value of the work performed. I researched many companies and found Duralock's staff to be very personable and engaged in ensuring that they were achieving my vision. I am a very particular individual that always seeks perfection and was completely impressed with the amount of detail put into our gorgeous layout. To me, it's about quality, value and implementing all of the small details and Duralock achieved all of the above and much more. I met Tony initially and we agreed on a plan. I quickly knew that he was a trusted advisor through our interaction. I met with Tony on the day of the job and he continually checked in with me to ensure the work was meeting my satisfaction. Again, he was another trusted advisor. Both were great consultants and they went above and beyond. If I needed anything, Tony would respond to all of my phone calls immediately - this is impressive and may me feel very comfortable throughout the process. With the competitiveness of this business, it can be somewhat overwhelming to find a contractor. In this case, Duralock was an easy choice for me. My mother as well partnered with Duralock and she has a gorgeous layout as a result and again, great pride was put into this project. The entire crew treated both projects like it was their own home. They were on time, cleaned up and checked in regularly with us. I never write reviews but this is one that I feel strongly about writing. If you are making a decision, you should go with Duralock based on the quality, value and more importantly, because they are trusted advisors. Duralock gave us a great wedding anniversary present.
