Darryl's Heating & Cooling was recommended to me by a neighbor. We set up a date for them to give us a quote and they showed up on time. Brett went over all of our options and clearly explained the benefits of each level of unit versus cost, since there can be a large range in price depending on the model! They were competitive with other quotes we got, not the cheapest but we felt the most comfortable with them. The day came to install and it was Darryl, Brett and a helper who showed up. They laid out tarps and mats to cover our floors so nothing got damaged or dirty while removing the old furnace. It took them a full day to get everything done. Their work is very professional and well thought out, you can tell they take pride in their work. We had this done over a year ago and everything is running perfect, the American Standard furnace is so quiet and it dropped our utility bills. We have had them back once to service the unit and we were once again impressed with their professionalism. We have had some bad experiences with heating contractors in Owen Sound, so these guys were a breath of fresh air for us!
