Had a great move, handled very professionally. Only one minor mishap. The service was performed on time and as scheduled. Only reason for not giving a 10 was an oversight on reassembly of furniture, everything was finger tight, having to tighten bed boards myself was made much more difficult once mattresses in place. I recommend Taylor for your move.

Our fireplace has been out of service for a couple of years. While searching the net for someone qualified, came across the multiple reviews for Terry at TJ's. Although initial appointment was for next week, on short notice Terry called advising he was in the area. I was delighted to have him stop by as this weekend is the coldest yet this year. With a couple of replacement parts we were back in business. I had told Terry that I generally shutdown the pilot for the summer. He provided a great tip which was to light the fireplace each month for a day (particularly if it is raining) , to help dry out the lines and prevent spider webs from building up. This makes great sense as I previously experienced issues with spiders and my BBQ. He also tried to suggest my wife should stay in today instead of shopping because it was so cold. Although I thought it was a great idea, the cold doesn't stop a dedicated shopper or a dedicated technician as Terry is. It was a pleasure having him perform the service and I would certainly recommend him for any project you may have.
