When there were obvious signs that my roof was in need of a repair, I started making phone calls. Even though I only required a repair, and not an entire roof, Mr Roof Repair was quick to return my call. The roofers came to do an inspection, found problem areas and took the time to explain to me what was happening on the roof. This was followed up a few days later with pictures and a written estimate. It was pleasant talking with both the office people and with the guys who came to work on the roof. They took the time to communicate with me and to resolve any questions about the upcoming work. After I agreed to the work order, the work was done in a timely manner. Very pleasant team to deal with.
