I highly recommend this company. We hired Buttons through Home Depot contractor services. The sales person was very helpful and friendly, and so were the installers. Installation was done well, quality of product was great. We did go around and tape all our new ducting joints to ensure they were sealed properly as there were a couple gaps here and there. Overall, happy with the service and price.

We thought we were getting a great deal from these guys. On installation day, the workers removed our old front window by shattering it and smashing it repeatedly (leaving dozens of shards of glass behind that still remain on my lawn to this day). One of them walked along my bedroom wall dragging his toolbelt along my newly painted wall and scratching off the paint. None of them spoke English. Two of them argued loudly about one of the windows. When we asked what was wrong, they said "nothing" and continued arguing. We called the sales rep because we were concerned about how it was going, and he said to wait an hour for the installer to come, because the men there were only helpers. The job was completed and they left without us ever seeing the installer. Flashing has a huge gap and is angled towards the house (not away from it like it should be). Can't get service to come back and fix it. Windows are crap - just as drafty as my old aluminum frames from the 80s. BEWARE OF ALMA WINDOWS. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE OR INVITE THEM INTO YOUR HOME
