DFA came to my home on March 8, 2016 to repair a microwave. The appliance needed door switches, so Chris took it to his shop. I expected the microwave returned. After a month, he said, it required further testing. On May 27th, it was scheduled to be returned. Long story. . . After 34 text messages, numerous phone calls, waiting at home 3 full days, it has yet to be returned. I have been waiting over 9 months for a simple microwave to be returned. I do not believe that my request is unreasonable. However, the service is completely unacceptable and my patience has reached it’s limit.
