The long store short, the company does NOT do what they promises. The delays and unprofessionalism of the installers in unbelievable. Our designer brought us to this company and initially the slabs that we ordered from a supplier were all cracked. So Emporium asked us to use one of their 3 recommended suppliers. We went to the supplier the same day and ordered new product. Our install date was then pushed 10 days away. We were then told that it would take 2 days to complete and it took them a total of 10 days and the reason for this is that their guys only stroll in at 2pm and leave at 4pm. The management is trying to constantly fight for their full payment and I asked for a 10% discount which I feel is very reasonable for the time delays as all the trades were waiting around the stone guys... Would never recommend them to anyone and I would just say stay away. Bad experience.

Armando came over during the time that we were told that he would arrive.Service was exceptional and very informative, but very pricey. WOuld use them again based on their service level.
