My job required me to move from Seattle to San Diego. I was moving from a 3 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom. I was renting the apartment, so everything that was inside I owned and needed it to move to San Diego. After several relocations before I decided I will not take a chance on another relocation on my own. Thus I needed a company that will also transport my SUV. A friend of mine has used Federal Relocation Services before and could not praise them more. So I called and received a welcoming that included all of the details for my suggested move in only 1 phone call. Very professional customer service explained that this is daily routine for them, yet they take every wish from a customer specifically and seriously - much more than others. I received a proposal how the relocation can take place and when they can deliver my furniture and everything else (including my car). I took a flight couple days before my scheduled arrival, and everything was already placed inside of my new home. I arranged it with my landlord that they can place everything inside. When I arrived, kind personnel helped me set everything up. Very personal experience and worth every penny.
