Tech was 3 days late, could not fix 2 of 3 appliances, and charged more than double the quote
Called tech Saturday. Said he would be out that day or Monday. Showed up Tuesday. Quoted $125 to recharge freon in fridge. I approved. Looked at dishwasher and washer. Said dishwasher needed new motor but failed to follow up with quote for said motor. Said washer was too old and double be fixed but it is less than 3 years old (and not a cheap machine by any means). Found charge on my cc for $315 when the only authorized work was the freon for $125. No invoice was provided. Very unprofessional.
